Go Paperless

Here's how to find statements and other select communications on our website and app:

1. Log in
2. Go to Documents
3. Click or tap the type of document you're looking for (e.g., Taxes or Escrow) to see the statements available
4. Click or tap the link to the statement you want to view, download and/or print

Prefer to be paperless? Enroll for our convenient e-delivery services to receive certain statements and communications electronically instead of by mail! You'll trade paper clutter and waste for easy email notifications you can access anytime, anywhere.

You can enroll online in a few quick clicks! Here's how:

1. Log into our website or app.
2. Go to Documents and click Manage Delivery Preferences.
3. Next to Escrow statements plus other routine servicing communications, check the Email box and follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.

If you're already enrolled for paperless mortgage/account statements or year-end statements, you also have the option to enroll for electronic escrow statements and other routine communications by phone. We'll be happy to help!
